Day 2 Flood Relief intervention

To Our Community,

We hope this message finds you safe and supported during these challenging times.

Into The Wild and Soaring Into The Wilderness Inc.—two local, youth-led, community-based not-for-profits—have joined forces to assist vulnerable families across the Mid-Coast who’ve been affected by the recent floods.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of local donors and volunteers, we’ve established a donation and distribution hub at the Forster Main Beach Surf Club, open daily from 9am to 2pm for anyone in need.

Available Items Include:

Toiletries & Sanitary Products (including over 5,000 sanitary pads)

Bedding (single to king-sized packs, including port-a-cots)

Baby Essentials (nappies, formula, wipes, baby clothes)

Clothing (all sizes, from newborn to adult)

Non-Perishable Food

100 First Aid Kits

Cleaning Supplies & Toilet Paper

Pet Care Items (food, beds, enclosures, blankets

Urgent Donation Needs:

Quilts & Blankets

Sheets (especially fitted/bottom sheets)

New Pillows (we cannot accept used pillows)

Pillowcases

Toiletries & Toilet Paper

Wipes

Non-Perishable Foods (breakfast cereals, milk, baby food pouches, pasta, biscuits, tea, coffee—small portions preferred)

Baby clothing upto size 3.

Donation Drop-Offs:

Daily between 10am and 1pm at the Forster Surf Club.
